Hi this is Matt Dandy the kid with the sea trout pictures on your website. Ever since you brought me with you I have loved fishing. For christmas all i am asking for is a fishing kayak and a pole. I just wanted to thank you for getting me into fishing so much I visit my local fishing store to get the latest updates and keep track of what type of fish is biteing the best and stuff like that. This weekend we were going to go just of the beach and use squid spoons to fish for spanish mackeral. Thanks again for teaching me how much fun fishing is.

Hi Capt. Mitch!
Chris and I both wanted to say thanks again for the amazing day yesterday! We had the time of our lives, between catching three sharks, trout fishing and the ride itself through the everglades...it is something we will never forget! I can't believe our luck to avoid the bad weather completely and to see a rainbow and flamingos! We are so excited to see your photos and videos! We will remember that day for the rest of our lives. Thank you for creating such a special memory for us... without your humor, knowledge and experience we truly would have missed out!

I knew a winter charter risked getting zero fish but it was my son's 13th birthday trip and he was adamant about not postponing until the summer so we signed up for January 7th. As feared on the appointed day nothing was biting anywhere (although the dolphin show was terrific) and Captain Mitch told us about the previous day's charter when they pulled in 90 Mackerel. We cut day one short and hauled the boat to the Gulf on day two where we took and released over 100 four to six pound Mackerel and tangled with a 10 foot Bull Shark up close and personal. On the way home I was calling friends and relatives trying to arrange another trip. My son was thrilled. We will be back. Thanks Captain Mitch for your flexibility with your schedule and our budget.

Mitch is a terrific guide who has 30+ years of experience. He put me on my first tarpon (120 lbs.) on the first day and I landed it! I went out with him for seven days and we caught a variety of fish: tarpon, large jack trevally, snapper, sea trout, grouper and a couple of 300 lb. sharks. Mitch makes it a lot of fun and he had me in stitches many times with his great sense of humor. I look forward to fishing with him again next year. Believe me, you won't be disappointed!"

Well your very popular with 2nd graders here in Michigan. I appreciate the call and love the post you made of Cal's shark on your Website.
His teacher is a friend of ours and she was kind enough to let him do a little something in class. He was able to bring in the hook from the spinner shark and display the website on the computer projector in the classroom. How cool is that..she said the kids loved it!! The teacher gave all the children the URL information so I would imagine your site will get a few hits tonight.

Thanks for the email, the charter with you and your son, is the reason I do what I do. The video with you and Cal standing up at the end of the fight with the Spinner shark with Cal raising his hands in the air, and saying "DAD WE GOT OUR SHARK", these are the charter I will never forget. My Fiancé couldn’t have picked a better host for a surprise father/son charter. Captain Mitch was the perfect fit for both my son and I. All had military experience and hit it off from the time we met at the dock. Captain Mitch explained the game plan and we were off. After a short trip across the backwaters, he put us on fish immediately. We were catching trout, jack, ladyfish, tarpon and shark. We caught a big tarpon! Captain Mitch’s estimate was 125-150lbs. We also fought a monster shark that we never got the chance to see, only after a 45 minute fight broke off. The entire day was filled with great company, great weather and great action. Recommend Captain Mitch to any angler looking for a great outing.
